How to use
Close one nostril, hold the inhaler below the open nostril and take a gentle, deep breath in. Breathe out slowly through the mouth, making sure the out breath is longer than the in breath. A longer, slower exhale sends a strong signal to your nervous system that it's safe to relax, helping shift you out of a tense, alert state and into a calmer one. Repeat on the other side.
Take 2-3 slow breaths per session, up to 4-5 times daily when a headache is active, reducing as symptoms ease. Best used at the first signs of a headache building.

Storage & shelf life
