Where We Ship

Bunyanut Botanics ships Australia-wide only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed in small batches. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post's standard service timeframes. As a general guide:

• Queensland: 2–5 business days

• Interstate (NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT, ACT): 3–8 business days

These are estimates only. Bunyanut Botanics is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bunyanutbotanics@proton.me within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
