Eucalyptus Australiana (spray free) - the classic oil to clear airways, known for opening stuffy airways and easing that blocked-up feeling.
Tea Tree - clean and antimicrobial, it supports the body through cold and flu season.
Lemon Myrtle (spray free) - bright and antimicrobial, with a fresh citrus lift that clears the head.
Douglas Fir - forest-fresh and opening, it deepens the breathe-easy effect.
Peppermint (organic) - cooling and clarifying, it helps lift head fog and freshen every breath.
How to use
Close one nostril, hold the inhaler just below the open nostril and take a slow, gentle breath in. Breathe out through the mouth, making the out breath longer than the in breath. A longer, slower exhale sends a strong signal to your nervous system that it's safe to relax, helping shift you out of a tense, alert state and into a calmer one. Repeat on the other side.
Take 2-3 slow breaths per session, up to 5-6 times a day, easing off as symptoms improve. Suitable from age 6, with extra care for children aged 6-10.

Storage & shelf life
Best used within 6 months of opening. Store below 25°C. Scent may soften and evolve over time as the lighter notes fade first. Keep capped after each use, and store in a bag or drawer away from direct sun, hot cars and bathrooms.
Safety
Suitable for ages 6 and over, including adults and those over 70. Keep away from children under 6.
Inhalation only - do not open the inhaler or insert it into the nostril. The cotton wick contains pure essential oils sealed inside a glass tube, and is a skin irritant if touched.
