Our Commitment

At Bunyanut Botanics, every product is hand-made in small batches with care and attention to quality. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, we encourage you to get in touch at bunyanutbotanics@proton.me. We are always happy to help you find the right product for your needs.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at bunyanutbotanics@proton.me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the fault or damage.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a store credit to the value of the item. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future Bunyanut Botanics purchase.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are confirmed as faulty.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
